Old Virginia Mortgage, Inc. was incorporated in June, 2001 and has been actively originating mortgage loans since April, 2004.  Old Virginia Mortgage, Inc. is an FHA/HUD approved Lender.  We also are an approved Lender for VHDA and handle all types of FHA, VA, VHDA and first mortgage loans for residential properties. 

We have several branch locations throughout Virginia and have a combined experience level of over 75 years in the mortgage lending industry.  We function primarily as Lenders in that all of our underwriting and closing processes are done by our company out of our corporate office headquartered in Richmond, VA.

I have been in the mortgage business as a Lender for over 45 years, and Old Virginia Mortgage, Inc. is the third mortgage company that I have owned, having formed all of them previously from the ground up.  We have a network of high caliber Investors to whom we sell a variety of mortgage loans, and we believe in the old fashion way of doing business; that our word is our bond.  My credo and one that I try to instill in the minds of everyone that we employ is that all we have to offer is service; consequently, we have to be the best, not necessarily the biggest.
